Sam is an individual of immense integrity. You should always be cautious of who you spend your precious minutes with but don’t take my word for it, investigate him yourself and draw your own conclusions.
He teaches foundational skills that are principally important to developing a daily meditation practice and training our minds to be happier and calmer.
His meditations are deeply rooted in ancient tradition, but he delivers the message in modern and secular language.
There are tons of apps, but that is my firm recommendation. I believe you won’t be wasting your time practicing with Sam. He also gives a free trial so you can try it out, and if you cannot afford to pay, he will gift you a subscription.
